RETURN POLICY

Every order is carefully prepared and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards. Accordingly, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.

Exceptions
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your case and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.

SHIPPING

We carefully prepare and check every order before it is shipped.

📦 Shipping Days
Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday.

🚚 Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, it will normally be delivered within 24 hours.

Shipping Fee
Free shipping is available on orders of ₩50,000 or more. A flat shipping fee of ₩3,000 applies to orders under ₩50,000.

Please note that in some cases, delivery may take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us. We will review the situation and take responsibility for the loss or damage in accordance with our shipping policy.
